We switched to NOW a year or so ago. All very easy, and quite competitive. I have never been kept waiting more than about 20 seconds when calling their (local) call centre. The slightly speed and reliability score I have given is a reflection of us being out of town on copper, not on NOW. I would definitely recommend them.

NOW is a brilliant company for computer and home telephone services plus they are New Zealand owned and run I believe. I would highly recommend them NOW ! I dont know about repair services as we have never needed them ! Excellent. A service that has never failed !!!

Now have been nothing but amazing since the day I joined them. They have the fasted responce time when I have contacted them and our internet is fantastic. Very happy and would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a great provider.
