I cannot get high speed wifi as they insist that it has to go underground through my neighbours lawn. I love the wireless wifi I get but I cannot get unlimited and would like to et more. Sometimes netflix stocks to load as well. I am very happy it is available.

Good performance over several years. Decided to leave because the price goes up and the incentives are removed (Netflix, Neon) over time. Not proactive to offer better cost/performance so rang up customer service to see if there was a more competitive offer but no interest from them - only offer was to remove the landline to reduce the monthly fee Bye bye!

We used to be with Netsmart and they had an amazing customer support as well as quick techinical intervention when there was an issue. Sadly Lightwire purchased Netsmart in 2016 along their existing clients. Lightwire did not contact all Netsmart clients explaining what to expect in regards to services. Equipment is not very strong, highly senstive, gets faulty quick particularly with bad weather. I advise to check with your insurance to insure it. High fees to repair at $600 each time. Also can be up to 5 working days ...read more

I have had no problems with my broadband. Excellent support and customer care services. During the past year, only once the broadband was a bit slow but the fault was rectified within a few hours.
