The New Zealand Government has announced that it is investing $270 million to roll out Ultra-Fast Broadband (UFB) to 190 more small towns, and extend rural broadband to another 74,000 households and businesses.

The ultra fast broadband revolution continues at pace! In the latest update released today from the Communications Minister Simon Bridges, we learnt that the first phase of the UFB rollout programme is now close to 80 per cent complete.
