The latest rankings, based on six months of data from New Zealand customers, reveal varying performance among providers, with room for improvement across the board.

Here are the New Zealand Residential Broadband Rankings for January to June 2023:

Skinny currently leads the league, excelling in most mobile and broadband areas, although it falls short in broadband customer service staff helpfulness and knowledge.
Contact Energy outperforms traditional telcos in broadband satisfaction and staff helpfulness, while One NZ (formerly Vodafone NZ) ranks low in most categories, except for the speed of resolving broadband issues.
